The two occurrences describe storage places in settings of provision: in Deuteronomy 28:8 they receive commanded blessing, and in Proverbs 3:10 they are filled with abundance.

   Both occurrences use the masculine plural construct form in clauses about provision. In Deuteronomy 28:8 the APB renders the clause "The LORD will command the blessing for you in your storehouses"; in Proverbs 3:10 it renders "your storehouses will be filled with abundance."
