ingathering
a.siph denotes the year-end festival associated with gathering work from the field.
The two attestations use the noun for a festival associated with the year’s harvest conclusion: Exodus 23:16 places it when work is gathered from the field, while Exodus 34:22 names it at the circuit of the year.

Both occurrences are masculine singular absolute nouns in feast names. In Exodus 23:16 the APB renders the clause as "the feast of the ingathering at the end of the year when you gather your work from the field"; in Exodus 34:22 it renders "the Feast of Ingathering at the circuit of the year."
In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB presents the noun in both verses within the name "Feast of Ingathering." Exodus 23:16 additionally connects the feast with gathering work from the field.
