In Genesis 25:13, the form is tagged Noun · Proper and occurs in the sequence after Kedar and before Mibsam among the names of Ishmael's sons; the APB renders the list "Nebaioth, then Kedar, Adbeel, and Mibsam." The same proper-name use appears in 1 Chronicles 1:29, where the APB again places it in the list of Ishmael's descendants.
In the Anselm Project Bible: Across both verses, the APB presents the term as "Adbeel" within a list of Ishmael's sons. The verse is read as a whole, but both clauses plainly place the proper name in that sequence.
