Enthade marks the indicated place where people are present, arrive, stay, or return.

The attested use consistently points to an indicated place: people stay there, come there, are gathered there, or have something available there. The same location-focused use occurs in requests to come or return, reports of arrival, and statements of present presence.

   The adverb identifies the location relevant to the clause. In Acts 10:18 the APB renders a question about whether Simon Peter was staying "there"; in John 4:15 and John 4:16 it renders the woman's coming to draw and the instruction to come "here." In Acts 16:28, Acts 17:6, and Acts 25:17, the APB presents people as "here," whether all are present, men have come, or an assembly has gathered.

In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB commonly presents the location with "here" in Acts 16:28, Acts 17:6, Acts 25:17, Acts 25:24, John 4:16, and Luke 24:41, while Acts 10:18 uses "there." John 4:15 has "come here to draw"; these are verse-level renderings rather than definitions.
