In Titus 3:5, the genitive singular form occurs in the phrase "washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit" within the statement that salvation is according to mercy rather than works.

In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB uses "renewal" in both verses, once with "your mind" and once with "the Holy Spirit." These phrases show the clauses in which the term occurs rather than isolating every aspect of its contribution.
