Jesus names those who do the will of his Father as his brother, sister, and mother.
The Bible says that whoever does the Father's will is named by Jesus as his brother, sister, and mother (Matthew 12:50). Mark records the same wording with “the will of God” (Mark 3:35). Luke states that Jesus' mother and brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it (Luke 8:21). Matthew also records Jesus asking who his mother and brothers are (Matthew 12:48).
