Zabbai

Zabbai is a person named in Nehemiah as the father of Baruch son of Zabbai. In the account of work near the house of Eliashib the great priest, the passage says that Baruch son of Zabbai and Zaccai strengthened a second measure from the angle to that entrance. Zabbai’s name occurs in at least one verse, in Nehemiah alone: Nehemiah 3:20.
