Rinnah son of Shimon is named in 1 Chronicles as one of Shimon’s sons. 1 Chronicles 4:20 lists him with Amnon, Ben-hanan, and Tilon in the statement, “The sons of Shimon were...” The same verse then names sons of Ishi separately. Rinnah’s biblical attestation is limited in this record to at least one verse in one book, 1 Chronicles, where he is identified within Shimon’s family listing (1 Chronicles 4:20).
