Puah

Puah is the father of Tola, the figure who arose to save Israel after Abimelech. Judges 10:1 identifies Tola as “son of Puah son of Dodo” and calls Tola a man of Issachar. The same verse says that Tola was dwelling in Shamir in the mount of Ephraim. Puah is named in at least one verse, all within the book of Judges.
