The unnamed nurse hidden with Joash by Jehosheba in 2 Kings.
Nurse of Joash is the unnamed nurse whom Jehosheba hid with Joash, son of Ahaziah, when the king’s sons were facing death (2 Kings 11:2). In the passage, Jehosheba takes Joash away and conceals both him and his nurse in the chamber of the beds, keeping him from Athaliah (2 Kings 11:2). This 2 Kings person is first named at 2 Kings 11:2. The account does not give the nurse a personal name.
