Jeshua son of Kadmiel

Jeshua son of Kadmiel in the Bible is named among the heads of the Levites in Nehemiah, where he is identified as Kadmiel’s son. Nehemiah 12:24 places him with Hashabiah and Sherebiah, and with their brothers before them, to praise and give thanks according to David’s commandment; the verse also reads, “watch opposite watch.” His name occurs in at least one verse, in Nehemiah alone.
