Ishbi-benob is a person named in 2 Samuel 21:16; the passage says that he was among the descendants of Rapha. In that verse, the weight of his spear is given as three hundred weights of bronze. The text also says that he was girded with a new sword. Ishbi-benob said that he would strike David.
