Gera is named as the father of Ehud in Judges 3:15.
Gera is the father of Ehud, the deliverer raised up when the children of Israel cried out to the LORD. In Judges 3:15, Ehud is called “son of Gera” and is identified as a Benjaminite. The same verse says that the children of Israel sent an offering to Eglon king of Moab by Ehud’s hand. Gera’s name occurs in at least one verse, all within Judges.
