Dedan

Dedan in the Bible is a biblical person named in Genesis 25:3. That passage reads, “Jokshan begot Sheba and Dedan,” and it also lists Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim as Dedan’s sons. 1 Chronicles 1:32 likewise names Dedan among Jokshan’s sons, while identifying Jokshan among the sons borne by Keturah, Abraham’s concubine. Dedan is named in at least 2 verses across Genesis and 1 Chronicles.
