Chimham is the servant Barzillai commended to the king for favorable treatment.
Chimham in the Bible is the servant whom Barzillai commends to the king, asking that Chimham be allowed to cross over and receive whatever pleased the king (2 Samuel 19:37). The king answers that Chimham will cross over with him and that he will do what Barzillai chooses (2 Samuel 19:38). Chimham then goes with the king to Gilgal as Judah and half of Israel escort the king across (2 Samuel 19:40).
