An officer whom Jehu addresses during the account in 2 Kings.
Bidkar is Jehu’s officer, first named when Jehu gives him an order in 2 Kings 9:25. The passage has Jehu tell Bidkar to pick up a man and throw him onto Naboth the Jezreelite’s field. Jehu also recalls riding side by side with Bidkar behind Ahab when the LORD pronounced an oracle against him. Bidkar is named in at least one verse, all in 2 Kings (2 Kings 9:25).
