Achaicus

Achaicus is a Corinthian delegate named in the Bible in at least one verse, 1 Corinthians 16:17. Paul rejoices over the coming of Achaicus alongside Stephanas and Fortunatus; the passage says that their arrival supplied the Corinthians’ deficiency. This verse also places Achaicus among those who visited Paul. His name occurs in one book, 1 Corinthians, and the available text gives no further account of him.
