   In Daniel 2:12, the Qal perfect masculine singular form occurs in the clause about the king's reaction, before he commands the destruction of all Babylon's wise men. The APB renders the verse, "Because of this the king became angry and was greatly furious, and he commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon."

In the Anselm Project Bible: In Daniel 2:12, the APB presents the king as having "became angry" and then commanding destruction; Its exact wording cannot by itself isolate the term's contribution.
