   All four occurrences use the feminine singular construct form in clauses concerning a covering. In Song of Songs 4:1 the APB renders the eyes as doves “behind your veil,” and in Song of Songs 4:3 and Song of Songs 6:7 it places the cheeks “behind your veil”; in Isaiah 47:2 the APB renders an instruction to “uncover your veil.”
