   In Daniel 2:31, two singular absolute forms identify the single great figure standing before the king. The determined form in Daniel 2:32 is described with a gold head, silver chest and arms, and bronze belly and thighs; in Daniel 2:34 it is struck on feet of iron and clay.

   In Daniel 3:19, the construct form occurs in the clause that the appearance of Nebuchadnezzar's face changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. The APB renders the clause with "the appearance of his face,".

In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB commonly presents the term as "image" in both the dream account and the account of Nebuchadnezzar's gold figure. In Daniel 3:19 it instead renders the surrounding clause as "the appearance of his face"; these are verse-level renderings rather than definitions.
