In Isaiah 21:13, the proper noun occurs in the oracle heading and again in the clause about caravans lodging in the wood. The APB renders the verse, “An oracle concerning Arabia. You will lodge in the wood in Arabia, O caravans of the Dedanites.”
In the Anselm Project Bible: In Isaiah 21:13, the APB presents the place twice as “Arabia,” once in the oracle heading and once as the caravans’ lodging setting.
