Both occurrences are tagged Noun · Proper and occur in temporal clauses. In Nehemiah 1:1 the APB renders an event as occurring “in the month Chislev,” while in Zechariah 7:1 it renders the date as “in the fourth of the ninth month, in Chislev.”
In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB presents the term as “Chislev” in both verses, once within “the month Chislev” and once after “the ninth month.” These phrases show the verse-level date setting rather than a precise token-by-token rendering.
