The attested use concerns construction: people build a city’s walls and foundations, construct the house of God, or receive decrees for that work; forms tagged Hothpaal describe a city or house as being built or rebuilt. Daniel 4:27 is the sole supplied occurrence whose APB context does not make the term’s specific contribution transparent.
