   In 1 Corinthians 6:2, the genitive plural form occurs in a comparison about judging the world and being fit for the “smallest courts.” In 1 Corinthians 6:4 and James 2:6, the accusative plural form occurs where the APB speaks of “courts,” respectively in the setting of cases “of this life” and of the rich dragging the poor into them.
