The APB renders these clauses with “the same veil remains unlifted,” “a veil lies over their heart,” and “the veil is removed.”

   In 2 Corinthians 3:13, the accusative singular neuter form is the object of Moses’ action of putting a covering over his face so that the sons of Israel would not gaze at what was fading. The APB renders the clause “put a veil over his face.”
