Acharistos describes people characterized negatively in a vice list and those toward whom the Most High is kind.

The two occurrences portray a negative quality: it appears among traits ascribed to people in 2 Timothy 3:2 and describes people toward whom the Most High is kind in Luke 6:35.

   In 2 Timothy 3:2, the nominative plural masculine form occurs in a list of qualities predicted of humans; the APB renders the list with “ungrateful” between disobedience to parents and unholiness. In Luke 6:35, the accusative plural masculine form identifies people alongside “the evil” in the clause explaining the Most High's kindness; the APB renders them “the ungrateful.”

In the Anselm Project Bible: The APB uses “ungrateful” in both cited clauses, once within a list of human traits and once for those to whom the Most High is kind. This reflects the clauses rather than proving a one-to-one rendering.
