The sole attested use identifies a person who is to be refused after a first and second admonition.

   In Titus 3:10, the accusative singular masculine form identifies the person whom the instruction concerns: after a first and second admonition, the person is to be refused. The APB renders the clause, "A schismatic person, after one and a second admonition, refuse."
