Faith That Moves Mountains

The Bible says that faith like a mustard seed can say to a mountain, “Move from here to there,” and the mountain will move; the passage adds that nothing will be impossible for those addressed (Matthew 17:20). The word or idea recurs in at least 3 verses across 2 books. In Luke, the Lord says that mustard-seed faith could command a mulberry tree to be uprooted and planted in the sea (Luke 17:6). Another verse states that nothing will be impossible with God (Luke 1:37).
