Cosmic Reconciliation

The Bible says that all things, whether on earth or in the heavens, are reconciled to himself through him, with peace made through the blood of his cross Colossians 1:20.

The word or idea recurs in at least 4 verses across 3 books. Ephesians 1:10 speaks of all things in heaven and on earth being summed up in the Christ. Philippians 2:10 says every knee should bend at the name of Jesus in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Philippians 3:21 says he will transform the body of lowliness and subject all things to himself.
