Taphath

Taphath is a daughter of Solomon and the wife of Ben-Abinadab, identified in 1 Kings 4:11. The verse says that Ben-Abinadab had charge of all the height of Dor and that Taphath became his wife. Taphath is named in at least one verse, all within 1 Kings. The available text places her in this statement of marriage and identifies Solomon as her father (1 Kings 4:11).
