Ginath

Ginath is the father of Tibni, named when the people of Israel were divided between supporters of Tibni and supporters of Omri. In 1 Kings 16:21, the passage identifies Tibni as “son of Ginath” and says that half the people followed Tibni to make him king, while the other half followed Omri.
