Arza

Arza is the 1 Kings steward first named at 1 Kings 16:9. The passage calls him “over the house in Tirzah.” It also says Zimri conspired while someone was drinking in Arza’s house. Arza is named in at least one verse, all within 1 Kings. No other references are listed for this identity. The account names Zimri as a servant and commander of half the chariotry in this verse.
